Plz guys help me to design a simple sinewave generator

I want to design a simple sinewave generator that give me a sinewave with 10kHZ frequency and at least 3V Peak to Peal i have many circuits and i try to simulate but i still cant get the most accurate one right now i found this circuit

If you are allowed to use as much as 3 opamps I would recommend the first of the circuits as shown in your document.
Both integrating stages may (and should) have the same time constant RoCo. This defines the frequency wo=1/RoCo.
The inverting opamp has a gain of -1 (two equal valued resistors in the kohm range).
Don't use the diodes as shown in the picture - they are not necessary. The signal amplitude - determined by the power supply - wiil be
approx. 0.5 volts below the supply values. The slew rate of the selected opamps should be at least 1V/usec.
A fine selection of the frequency can be performed by tuning the time constant of only one of the integrator stages (R or C).

If you can use one opamp only I recommend the well-known WIEN structure with amplitude regulation - active (FET) or passive (diodes).
 

it's ok i'am allowed to use as many as possible of opamp there is no limit for that but i still did not get how to calculate the components values could u explain more for me
 

As I told you: wo=1/RoCo and Fo=wo/2*Pi=10 kHz.
I suppose you are able to find suitable values for Ro and Co.
For the inverter you can use two equal resistors (any value, kohm range) .
