Hi
Need help to identify sot23-6 component marked : CFK
used in LED control ciurcit of Digital CCD in siemens D1

Gregory

Generally there will be part number on such component used....mention that part number

go to suppliers website like
DIGIKEY
AVNET
RS Components...........
and search your needs

Some misunderstandings involved...
Small packages like SOT23 have character+number marking codes instead of part numbers. Some marking codes, e.g. for discrete semiconductors can be found on the internet. For an unequivocal identification, you need to know the chip manufacturer.

I'm not aware of chip markings systematically listed by catalog distributors, although this seems like a good idea.

Nothing been found in net search. Only I know that 2nd leg connected to gnd and 5th to VCC 5v also logical in\out..
Thanks

Looks like a standard single gate logic IC supply pinning. Unfortunately, markings are vendor specific.

upload the photo of component.......
it gives the solution........ if any one knows .... best of luck

most standart logical IC usually with sot23-5 package and this one 6 and all of them in use ( in\out with pullup 10k one more pin -enable or something else)
.Vendor unknown unfortunatly

I've been talking exactly about 6-pin tiny logic ICs. Obviously SOT232-6 is used for those IC's that don't fit into SOT23-5. There's quite a lot of it, also e.g. dual inverters. Just review the manufacturer repository.

Hi

You can see the picture of problematic component
