How to PGA mcp6s22 interface with 18f4550 ?

Tell me the best general purpose op amp which can detect signal in mv and add gain
 

you can interface PGA with 18f4550 same as given in my previous post.Obviously you have to modify the code by yourself.

you can use LM324.
 

is lm324 use instead of mcp6s22(PGA)?

MCP6s22 interface with pic18f4550 SPI interface needed .....give me some sample code about it
