Can anybody give me some suggestions about a audio frequency amplifier design

I want to design a amplifer with a 20Hz to 20KHz audio signal input and more than 45dB gain, the CMRR is required larger than 120dB, power supply is 1.5V and -1.5V. Can anyone give me some suggestion about structure choosing? I still have no idea to choose what structure.

One more question, What is difference between the amplifier circuits that use Positive Vdd, GND & Positive Vdd and Negative Vdd? I never deal with the amplifer with positive and negative vdd before.

About your second question : in fact there is no thing special between them . all of them can work as a large signal or small signal amplifier . if you wanna high power , in linear methodology , you will use class ab amplifier with dual supply (simultaneous)
to obtain simultaneous output as well as. but for small powers , use from single supply is economical .
and about your first question, is it important to use 1.5 volt?!!!!

Thx a lot!! Yeah, the requirement is using 1.5V Vdd and -1.5Vdd.... do u have any suggestions for the schematic of the amplifier?

I think that you can use a simple CE amp and then LM358 (that can works at +-1.5 volt power supply )
or you can use from some multistage amplifier for this purpose .

Here you have a example of a headphone amplifier that that I designed few years ago.
The supply voltage was equal to 3V.
