change the R&C for the miller effect

If I change the position of the Rc & Cc, how can we explain the miller effect.

Does it have other effect on the whole circuit?

Do you mean swapping the Rc and Cc - Cc first and Rc second (from left to right) in the series combination? If so, it shouldn't have any effect on the Miller effect. When we see the miller effect usually the impedance of the Cc is higher than the Rc. At the frequency of the zero Rc~Zc. In integrated amplifiers if Rc is implemented with a mos transistor it is usually place first to better control the resistance of the transistor.

Why is a mos transistor placed first will have a better control of the resistance?
 

I can think of at least two reasons. There are approaches where the gate voltage of the transistor is in a relation with the gate voltage of the driving transistor so that the resistance can track the gm of the driving tansistor. Another reason could be the relatively smaller voltage swing at the input of the 2nd stage compared to its output. Thus less modulation of the value of the resistance.
