can anyone help me to install Android os in ARM 9 board?

hi friends,i m going to install ANDROID OS in ARM9 board,i have user manual and DVD ,but i did not get uboot.bin“in the “Bootloader” ,“zImage-sd” in the “Kernel” section and also “SD_Fusing_Tool.exe” tool for fusing .so please help me to get a file which i have mentioned.
