[Moved] sumsung syncmaster 940n bucklight on and turn of after 2 sec

Hello, I have a sumsung syncmaster 940 N lcd,When i turn on the lcd the bucklight(lamp) turn on and after 2 sec turn off, i have relpaced all capacitor in the power board, but again the same problem, the signal on come 2 volt from mainboard.

i overlook something to the power board, the output voltage of power supply ,must be 14 and 5 volt,
when i connect the mainboard with power board the voltage of output became 17.7 volt and 5 volt ,


Can you help me please ,can you give me any advice,, i need your help. THANK YOU
 

Can you help me please for any advice about this problem in my lcd,I need to repair this lcd.
