Blood Pressure Monitor

Hi, i'm doing a research cause i have to do a blood pressure Monitor with a PC connection but this must be through the USB port, and the monitor must have alarms for high pressure measures and also should have an automatic inflation. Any idea or suggestion is really important to me.
Oh! one more thing the hardware must be really small cause the idea is that the people could carry it every where.

Thanks a lot!!
