Hi everybody,

I am doing a project in which i am interfacing GPS module with ATMEGA16 µc

First of all i may be using either sr87 or mtk chipset for interfacing with µc

i heard that these gps modules dont work inside room actually i want to do project in my lab in college because i have access to pc in college and i want to test the gps modules in pc which is not possible outside college and these is my drawback so plz i m in serious trouble i have not brought any modules yet but i read it in some forums of gps plz suggest solution for it so that i can easily use gps in my project inside my lab plz Thank you.

no no, they work bro (at least in my case: i have purchased from "Rhydolabz")....
It is working fine and yes,, I havent heard any of my frnds having this kind of trouble.....

friend i am asking that inside my college lab i want to perform experiments on gps and i live in a village area so are u sure that the gps from rhydolabz will work in such conditions

arey look bro, wherever you live gps reciever should have a view of sky...its not like mobile networks...
dont bother, it works...moreover the antenna wire is long enough so that you can place the reciever off the room(lab) through a window
even i live in a village kindof area and it works smoothly...
