Hi,

I am working on MSP430 microcontrollers, which operates in 1.8 to 3v and i want to interface few peripherals which have the operating voltage as 5V.

Can any one please give option to interface this two voltage domains.

Thanks and Regards,

Hi,

The 74HC4050 for one way traffic is cheap and readily available.

See this link for a range of other chips including bi-directional.
