thnx :) ,Therefore, wideband converters with high linearity (up to 100 dB of SFDR) and low power consumption (down to 0.5pJ by conversion step)
what pJ/step refers to? .....is it a power unit? and step for time??
 

FOM (Figure of merit) : pJ/step (conversion step)

FOM is for comparison of ADC (energy per conversion step)

where Power is the total power consumption, N is the physical resolution (ENOB), and fsampling is the maximum sampling rate.
