Hi, I am using the same technology (AMS 0.35um) and getting the same error. how did you solve yours? please let me know if u did..

Thanks

The error means there are not enough substrate contacts.Put good enough substrate contacts for both pmos and nmos.

Hi deba_fire

Thanks for your advice.

I have quite a large PMOS current mirror matrix (150um x 100um), where I only added substrate contacts around it. (I got the error with a single ring of substrate errors and with two rings of substrate contacts)

Does it matter where the substrate contacts are?

Should I add them in the matrix or is it enough if i increase the rings?

Thank you for your reply!
