Hi every one,
Can someone suggest me a simulation software that may contain Analog ICs like INstrumentation Amplifiers. Or suggest me any common electronic softawre which has a greater library containing large components except proteus, it is not good with Analog.
Once I happened to view Multisim 2010 but now I couldn't find a Setup which also does simulation. Kindly suggest me any sofware having some IN AMPs.

Thanx in advance.

You normally get the simulation models for amps etc. from the manufacturer. There will be a few libraries included with the software but these are usually older and to some extent generic devices. You can often find sites where you can download collections of libraries, I've often done that with Orcad, but usually for a family of devices such as ACT logic os whatever. I normally go to the manufacturers website for analogue components.

So by downloading the libraries of the certain component can I add them into the Orcad Pspice?
or certain companies develop libraries of their components for a certain software?

Download the libraries and use them with Orcad Pspice or any other Pspice program. The model is generic pSpice model

that's correct. It's fairly straightforward to do. You'll find plenty of step by step tutorials of how to add libraries/create parts etc. online.

Try Tina-TI for texas instruments and LTSpice from Linear Technologies. i think analog devices has its own multisim version with its product libraries. Or use just LTspice and download models from the yahoo group.

download PSpice from **broken link removed** and you should be able to simple Int Amp with this.
