How can I cancel count down timer 1 by triggering timer 2 & vise versa?

I'm trying to operate a hyd. Cylinder back & forth with solenoids 1 & 2

My timers are set at 7 seconds.

You can use a coupling circuit (capacitor) between the output and input as shown on the attached picture ..
