89C2051, AVR. which MCU is low price?

89c2051 cost

Hi

The price depends on the processor's speed, architecture, the memory size (PROM and RAM) inside and the capabilities which depend on the peripherals present inside (Serial/ Parallel I/O, A/D converter, Timers, PWMs ....etc.)

In general compare, which one is for low end product?

What is your end product?
If you want simply cheapest, I will suggest AVR ATtiny15 or ATtiny26. Check whether it technically suits your end product.

89C2051 is about US$0.7 in small qty. I dont know what is the 20pin eq o=in AVR terms.
