Hi There,

I tried searching for an answer to this but couldn't find anything, it's a pretty straight forward thing I would have thought, but I can't figure a way to do it.

I am trying to place a list of release notes on a schematic page and rather than spend ages placing them all in line by line I was hoping to import the existing .txt file in one go.

Anybody done this or know if it's possible?

Thanks

M

Importing text file- may not be straight away possible. I was using the following method to paste release notes in CAD :
1. Create the release notes in a note pad and use a sufficiently big font size- say more than 20 in your notepad program.
2. Save the file for future edits
3. With the file open, do a print screen (on your keyboard), make a BMP, or a JPG image of it. Remove other unwanted windows and borders from the image.
4. Import the image into CAD :)

This was my method, there may be better methods :)

Hope that helps..
