Does anyone have pseudo code for the procedure of finding the height of all the nodes in a binary search tree? Searching online, I have found some code that could help me find the height of an entire BST, but not for how many nodes are at a specific height. I just need some pseudo code to get my brain thinking right.

Thanks.
