Hi,
I am using MB1010 LV-MaxSonar®-EZ1™ sensor for distance measurement. It gives analog output according to distance. When I am using stand alone than output comes but when i connect its analog output to microcontroller adc input then suddenly it goes in high state. Their is no pull at this pin I am using PIC16F877a AN0.

Anybody knows why this is happening.

The most likely reason is incorrect configuration of the PIC pins.

I programmed it for ADC, I checked by giving input through POT, at 0 volt it showing 0000 and at Vref it showing 1023 on LCD. Program also working for LM35 sensor.
