measure AC voltage & AC current using micro controller

Excuse me all

i want to know how to use micro controller to measure AC voltage & current or by using small cheaply components with it
 

You can convert AC to DC. After that you can measure DC voltage. I'm sorry , I don't know how to measuring current.

u say right , but main problem is here when we use it technique with AC current measuring , it dc o\p is non liner . like measure AC voltage & convert AC to DC.
 

Oh. You use micro controller to find the peak of DC voltage. Then You can calculate the peak of AC voltage. You count how many peak in a second. You can calculate the frequency.
