Internal Impedance of RF power source?

Hello,
how to calculate the internal source impedance HF AC signal in the picture?
Q1 IXFH12N50 is drive approximately sin 12MHz, L1 is 9uH IronPowder core with 1mm Cu wire , C1 is low ESR , C2 is polyprophylene.
Qusestion is what is impedance behind C2?

The output impedance will depend on the FET bias point and if class C or E operation is involved (discontinuous FET current) also strongly on the RF level.
