i want to use adc of atmega16 in proteus .how can i give analog voltage to adc channel in proteus

connect your voltage source to the appropriate ADC channel pin, for example use pin40 for ADC0.
Also connect the Avcc pin and Vref (depending on the mode)

You can click on terminals mode (8th from the top) and select power. Then connect it to the circuit. Double click the symbol and then type in your value, like +5v or +3.3v etc

Hope this helps.
Tahmid.

You can't change the voltage by typing a new value in the terminal properties, all you can do from there is assign a new label.
The power lines are configured from the Design -> configure power rails menu, from there you assign voltages to labels and nets.

Well, you can. Maybe you didn't get what I meant to say:

No, I understood what you meant but I originally made the mistake of typing the number without the sign in front and it didn't work.
I have never used this way and I didn't even know it was possible, normally the dialog is to assign a net label but your way works as shortcut and creates the additional voltages and nets in the configure power rails screen with one step.

Dear All,
I'm trying to interface thermocouple to AVR(ATmega16) Micro Controller, i implement the Op-Amp circuit and it gonna good, also i write a simple code to read the ADC signal and send it using Rs232, just for test, but unpunctuality when i i/p signal more that 475mv to the ADC, the ADC o/p is saturated although i chose an internal voltage as a reference volt," The internal voltage is 2.56v"

Could any body advice me
i use Proteus 7.7 SP2
