Need a line finder program in C for mobot microcontroller

mobot microcontroller

hi, can anyone pls help me on my project. this is regarding about the program for my mobot...a line finder. i have no idea what our instuctor is trying to make us do. he said we need make a program for our microcontroler using C programming i guess. can anybody give or show me an example for any program about line finder so as where i can base mine.. anyway, i would be using the Z80 encore microcontroller for this.

You ware from Philippines? What school? I can help you, do you have no any choice but pnly use the z80? That micro is very powerful, it is the equivalent of the 8080 Microprocessor.

im from the university of baguio...of course that's in baguio. yap, we would be using the z80 micropocessor for our project..but it wuld not be easy because our instructor haven't thought much regarding the application and programming of the microprocessor..
....hope you could help.

Yes I am from the Philippines, I am not a student, I can help you, start reading the z80 instruction set, it will tell you how to program the micro using assembly. Btw, will you be using assembly or C in programming the z80?

Start also understanding the architecture of the z80, special function registers and memory allocations.

Then if you do know already the above infos, you can start asking me a better question about routines.
