Hi all,

When I want to add an "embedded processor " to my project on ISE 11.5 , the tool failled to add it

ERROR: could not create XPS module, running C:/Xilinx/11.1/EDK/bin/nt/xps.exe failed.

Please help,
 

check if the device u use supports embedded processor.. also look for software compatibility
