i have microcontroller(AVR) system deal with relays this relay switch on 220V AC to control the AC motor ,when no load connect with the relays my circuit is work ok
when i connect the 220v AC load with my circuit , the controller sometimes restart ,it do that when the relay contact is switching ,is there any problem with my supply voltage make voltage drop when the load start or what is the wrong ?

i read most of the post you attach but its more opinion,if i want to summery of it,
the problem may be come from
1-GND between the AC AND DC.
2-need isolation between the contact of the relay and the load using optocoupler
3-EMI
4-zero crossing
anyway,how to solve this problem

Can you post your Circuit configuration so that better suggestion can be given to you

i found that PIC microcontroller is stable in AC envirmonent. so my problem is solved by using pic controller with AC.
