hi
i need to make nine 0-1v from nine seperate milli volt ranges, while i am doing this one, facing a big problam that my pcb getting very big size,my device require 90x90 industrial standard size
and it also requires somany span and zero adjustment,i used here LM741 opamp for signal conditioning
please suggest me a better technology to get better result
thanking you

Re: voltage signal conditionong

Hi irshadhm,
you can use quad channel op amps like LM324. you can get it in the local market as well.

why dont you upload your schematic?

Viswanath

Re: voltage signal conditionong

Why do you need the adjustments? If you are measuring small voltages, use low offset opamps or maybe an instrumentation amplifier.

Re: voltage signal conditionong

halo keith,
i need to design a universal temperature controller, sensors are thermocouple and rtd

I would suggest looking for a low offset opamps or instrumentation amplifier then - the LM741 is not a good choice (for anything really). Search manufacturers application notes such as Analog Devices, Linear Technology, National Semiconductor etc.

Keith.
