Has anyone synthesized a design using more complex cells such as T or JK flip-flops or binary adders?
I am successfully characterizing a T flip-flop using Encounter Library Characterizer. I want to use this flip-flop to synthesize a simple counter netlist but RTL Compiler is unable to verify the function of the cell, and cannot use it. I want to add this cell to a digital library in order to improve area efficiency.

Thank you.
