CCP / PWM ? Can i use this module to control the output volt of my dc/ac inverter?

CCP / PWM ? Can i use this module to control the output volt of my dc/ac inverter ?
I mean as sg3524 and tl494 control the pulse witdth to the transistors according to the feedback from the inverter ac output?
As the load increased on inverter ac side the voltages decrease but tl494 sense it and inccrease the dutycycle of 50hz
Is this is ccp/pwm?
