Unable to checkout hspice

Did anyone konw how to solve this problem?

I have just install the hspice and configured the license in .bashrc on the ubuntu system, but the log of hspice is always:

I have already configure the environmental varibale as below in .bashrc file.

export HSPICE_INSTALL_DIR=/usr/synopsys/D-2010.03/hspice
export LM_LICENSE_FILE=/usr/synopsys/D-2010.03/hspice/synopsys.dat

export PATH=${CUDA_HOME}/bin:${PATH}:/usr/synopsys/D-2010.03/hspice/bin


Can anyone help solve this problem?
I saw some on has posted a thread with the similar issue, but there is no explicit solution for this problem.
