I considered the out put of the second and gate is unknown X

first AND gate out put is AB

hence the nor gate out put is

_______
AB +X
-------------------___
if X=0 out put is AB
if x=1 out put is 0

is my solution is correct ?

but how can we answer this question.

With TTL devices, floating inputs behaves as logical '1' because internally has pullups resistors.

Then X = 1 ==> Output = 0
