Hi everyone!

i´m facing now a new project: the implementation of a 3x3 mimo directional antenna operating at 2,45ghz, but i dont know where to start.

could somebody provide me some information about it and suggest me a design software for the realization of antenna?

thanks

hi
1-for array antenna CST software is working better than other software
2- u can design a common patch antenna for this
3 -distance between antenna can be between lambda/4 to lambda/2

thank you for ur reply ferdows. just some other points:
- array antenna u mean 3 dipoles at distance of lambda/4 to lambda/2?
- each dipole is lambda/4?

thank u

hi
u said 3*3 antenna so u mean array
i said it better to use patch antenna i never said dipole
i mean distance between each two near element should be lambda /4 to lambda/2 to reduce mutual coupling effect

thank you again!
so, my antenna should be an array of 3 patch antenna. right?
i can simulate this with cts?

hi
CST have example like this but i think that 2*2
