i want a efficient but basic analog multiplexer (say 2:1),but less cross-talk & efficient with basic component like bjt ,fet,diode, etc...nt IC
 

So you are against spending less and getting the job done right? Why are
you against ICs?
 

There are chips like CD4016 which is analog switch...If you don't want it then you may need to try some mosfet or transistor combinations...

b'coz i am a student, & i want to know basics,...
 

In that case you should begin with older databooks from
Intersil / Harris Semi, Siliconix, Data General (if you can find
them). From back before lawyers ran semiconductor
companies and publishing schematic detail was the manly
thing to do.
