MMS support in SIM900 GPRS

Hi. I am working with SIM300 for for text data transmission. But my application is to transmit image, audio and video files. SIM300 is not supporting MMS.
Then i referred the specifications and AT commands of SIM900, which supports text and image file transmission. SIM900 supports MMS AT commands.
By using SIM900 can we transmit audio and video files also?
Please help me if anyone is working with SIM900.
 

it is not just same as sending text.. you need to know the bandwidth and the image compression techniques at both ends, and lot of things has to be done at coding and hardware would too be complicated.. it is not as easy as sending sms through AT commands....

i think you are aware of it....

low cost gsm modules do not support video transmission.. you can call and talk using 2 gsm modems...
 

Has anyone worked out how to receive/retreive MMS using SIM900?
