Problems installing PADS ES suite 9.3 Evaluation copy

Hi,

I installed the PADS ES suite 9.3.1 Evaluation copy on Windows 7 operating system. But It's giving the following error

The following FLEXlm errors were found:
Server C:\ PADS_9-3_eva\license3.txt: Invalid (inconsistent) license key.
The license key and data for the feature do not match.
This usually happens when a license file has been altered.
Feature: padses_c
License path: C:\ PADS_9-3_eva\license3.txt;
FLEXnet Licensing error:-8,523
For further information, refer to the FLEXnet Licensing documentation,
available at "www.acresso.com".

Can you please help me out.
