Hi, I try to learn circuit design about funtion generator and I want to convert square wave to sine wave by using a schmitt trigger and integrator. I made a schematic but dont know its possible to convert or not. Also, I had a convergence error when I try to simulate. Can anyone helpme. Here is the schematic and error.

Thank You.

Try using a "real" opamp model.

Keith.

I am afraid, this will not help - the first opamp will go into saturation.
KEITH, You have overlooked that the 1st opamp has positive feedback!
CANBERKKK, change the input nodes for the 1st opamp.
But be aware that due to the input amplitude (5V) and the gain (app 5) the output has a max amplitude of 25 volts.
Is this your intention?

Ah, I never spotted that. However, a real opamp will probably fix the convergence error ;-) but it won't make the circuit work.

Keith.

Altering the Opamp node as suggested by LvW should resolve the convergence issue, just in case if this still persist, try "AutoConvergance" or increase the ITL4=40 and ABSTOL=1n under Simulation Setting Options.

Hope this helps.
