converting Allegro library for OrCAD 10.5

Is it possible to convert an Allegro library for OrCAD 10.5? There’s an Texas Instrument (TI) microcontroller I’d like to use - MSP430F5528IZQE. TI provides a library for Allegro v13.6+, PADS, Boardstation, but not for OrCAD.

Any suggestion, insight or reference is really appreciated!
