Hi
I wanted to control the heating element through the triac who passes the 1ma of current .If any one knowns how we design the circuit Please told me.

thanks in advance
nilesh

I did not understand what you mean by "1mA of current", it is the load ??
Independently, I can sugest that circuit I already used and worked successfull, but to higher consumption :

Hi
Actually that's my mistake in the writing. I want to control the heater temperature and for that coil need 1A of current not 1ma of current. So for controlling 1 A of the current i want some design can you give me?I saw above design. Is it worked for the 1A of current. In the above design where we connect the 230V ac power supply and and where we connect the coil, can explain in brief. I have going to use the the controller msp430f2274,that gives the output current 2ma-8ma with very low voltage. Its possible to direct interface the MOC 3043 with the MSP430f2274 or need any external circuits. Can we required the zero crossing circuit for controlling the coil temperature. In above link they are not use any zero crossing circuits. Please help me.

Thanks for your help

You just need to control the floating net at figure with a open-colector/open-drain output pin of microcontroller.
If the load current is less than the 40A rated to TRIAC at figure, replace it from other.

Hi

I want to send only 1A maximum current to the coil.As per **broken link removed** this link i am given only the pwm supply to the opto isolator ?for the temeperature controlling we need zero crossing detector?

Thank you
