Books related to:
->device physics (especially MOS sturcture,MOSFET,CMOS)
->initial-intermediate level coverage of: band theory of solids
->fermi levels, and fermi-dirac statistics
or Books Similar to
1)Ben Streetman, Solid State Electronic Devices,4th Edition (Prentice Hall)
2)Robert F. Pierret, Semiconductor Device Fundamentals (Addison-Wesley)
on EDABoard???kindly send the link to books...
Streetman book contain quantum mechanics stuff for device behavior explanations,
(nice but hard), therefore need a additional reference.

btw: If you consider necessary refer good (but newbie level) books on:
1)quantum mechanics
2)statistical mechanics

Hi~~

I think this book is great for understanding devece physics.

Device Electronics for Integrated Circuits
Richard S. Muller and Theodore I. Kamins

I enjoy the book very much.

guys!!
Are these books are uploaded to mcu/edaboard
?if not please upload them

Cant believe "robert pierret semiconductor device fundamentals" is not available on the internet. So many universities follow this one as the textbook. Yet all that internet has got is a lousy solution manual to the first edition..Desperately searched for 4 hours. If anyone can point me out the right direction I would be very thankful
