[SOLVED] Source or Cross Reference Needed for SMD RF Semiconductor Device PN: AH1 M513

I've hunted for hours and been through every cross-reference I can find but still cannot find what a "AH1 M513" surface mount device is, where to get one or what it might cross reference to as a standard transistor part number. The case style is SOT-89 but that's all I can find on it. This part is the final amplifier transistor/MOS-FET or what ever it is in a cellular repeater. If anyone can help, please do! This repeater was built in China and has a PN of TH-980GSM. I can't communicate with the manufacturer due to their Chinese language!

Anyone know of a forum dedicated to RF SMD parts I might post this question in?
 

Wow, thanks much for your help. I had no idea it was a amplifier inside that small device, thought it was just a transistor or some other single device.
