need help to choose correct processor board for image apllications.

i want to execute image processing algorithms as fast as possible i.e. 30 frames /sec or more . i want to connect any daughter card with built in camera and i want to grab the pictures, and i want to convert the information to pulses. try to give me suggestion which one is better
 

Take a look on Blackfinn, from Analog Devices, or TMS320C6xxx from Texas Instuments.
( I wold prefer the second one, because its floating point ALU archicteture )
