what is the effective way to stich the vias in the void spaces and is it necessary to provide the ground plane on the TOP layer if i have a seperate ground plane
i think your question does not make any sense.
There is no such thing as "stitching of vias", but there is something like "stitching of ground planes together with stitching vias".
