What are double switching nets and and how to fix them

Hi,

I am seeing some double switching violations.

Please guide me, wht r those vioaltons and how to fix them.

and what r other checks we have to do other than setup and hold.

Yes, After routing and extraction, STA has done with Prime Time.

It is reported double switch violations .

Please give more information on this , what r these violations and what is its effect on timing and how to fix them.
