what is the best solution to do a 24 V PS that can reach 40A 50A
?

Hi.
You should use a 7824 voltage regulator and several pass transistors. This is an example circuit :

this is not an efficient approach .it will cost much and will produce so heat so you will need large heatsinks and finally you will have a large expensive circuit.
you must use switching power supplies.
i recommend fly back topology for your application.
but you must read some about switching power supplies if you don't have enough knowledge about them.
you can find good information and some ready to build supplies here:

good luck.
