Pls Help..Which to Use: RF Model or Baseband Model?

Hi! I'm doing a 0.18um technology in a pure analog design (opamp) which will be used in a micro-controller operating at 25MHz. I already have a model/tech file from TSMC. But I'm quite confused, what model should i use to properly simulate my design? Should I use RF models or baseband models? Whats the difference between the two? Your help will be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
 

Basically "RF models" and "Baseband models" are same MOS FET.

"RF models" are macro models for expressing parasitic effects which are important for RF applications.
And generally special layout pcell for "RF models" are provided.

However W and L of MOS FETs are limited for "RF models".
And if MOSFET of your design kits have multi Vth, "RF models" are not provided for all Vth generally.

[Conclusions]
(1) Confirm valid W, L and Vth for "RF models".
(2) Confirm whether layout pcell exists or not for "RF models".

Generally if you want to use any W, L and Vth, there is no option other than using "Baseband models" in many cases.
