Hello everyone.
I have a project in which I have to design the amplifier, oscilator and mixer for a TETRA transmiter in the 380-385MHz band. I need help with the amplifier, which I thought it would be best if it were a class A (or maybe AB) because i don't know what kind of transistor to use, and i think that i'll manage to find a diagram for that after choosing it. I think that I have to keep in mind that it is for a mobile terminal and the voltage supply can't be too high, although not specified.
Can anyone please lend me a hand?
Thanks.
