confusion about Synopsys 90nm Generic Library.

Hi, All

I have download Synopsys 90nm Generic Library which is used for education.

it contains so many items, one corn lib of which (SAED_EDK90nm_ccs_models_hvt) is listed as below,

my question is :
1) what does "tm"/"ntl"/"tl"/"ltl" mean? Maybe "t"/"l"/"h"/"l"/"m" stands for what?

2) How should I select these libraries according to various process scenarios?

Do they not have a release note that explains the naming convention ?
Or do these files not have a header that tells you what type of library it is ?
 

I found the following document:
SAED90nm LowPower Library
According to it nt/lt/ht is for nominal/low/high temperature and the last letter is for the power voltage (h=1.08/l=0.9).
As lostinxlation said you should try to check the library document of the .lib header itself to make sure of the meaning.

Dear all, I am a (really2 green) newbie.

When I compare my synthesis result with paper reference, the area is almost same (0.1092 vs 0.0929 mm2*). However, the gates count is significantly different (25.65 KGE vs 16.79 KGE*).

*the latter result is my work.

Would somebody explain why this could happen?
Is it due because we use different library?

Note:
The paper reference used TSMC 65nm library and I used SAED90nm library.
