Can anyone help me to interface usb and any circuit which is controlled by usb and software without help of any microcontroller.

It's half a dozen or the other. Something must implement a finite state machine, whether it be a MCU, FPGA or extensively large discrete digital circuit; the choice is yours. However, the use of a MCU which has an USB port incorporated in its design is the simplest solution.

I agree 100% with Mr Bigdog text.

Only simple interface without MCU is when using USB as power source.

controlled by software means there are some commands and the circuit has to respond to them , if you don't wanna use MCU you may use FPGA. but why you don't want to use a MCU

Ya i have done it with a uc controlling 8 LEDs.
But now i want the above one.

Do you want to implement it with a FPGA?

If so that is a long and steep learning curve.
