Hi,
I have GPS reciever which was powered by 12V DC instead of 5V DC.
So the GPS was damaged. The damaged component is a SOT-23 with 6 pins.
Would you help me to identify this part? The marking of this component is:

TBA
M828

Thanks in advance!

I will post a photo of the components area as soon as can. There are passive components around the damaged part - I think most of them are capacitors. There was a short-circuit on the power circuit of the device. After the removal of the corresponding SOT-23 the short-circuit on the power is gone and pins 2 and 4 of the SOT-23 are short-circuit. If more info is needed - please ask!
