Hello, I would like to have the schematic of a DC-coupled wideband amplifier, as used in oscilloscopes. I have tried to download some oscilloscope schematics but they use propietary ICs.

Many thanks in advanced!

Depends on. Some classical instruments, e.g. Tek 465 and 475 have discrete transistor amplifiers, assembled to hybrid circuits. What's your intended bandwidth?

Thanks for your reply. My intended bandwidth is around 300Mhz, and the voltage gain around 40dB (if possible). Anyways I am going to have a look at the Tek. models you mentioned.
Thanks again!
