reset picstart plus

I am trying to program a PIC16F767 with the picstart plus and MPLAB. I also use HiTech Picc compiler. I want to use the internal oscilator. To prove the pic i have made a simple board with only vcc, ground and a reset. The problem is that I program the pic, mplab says thats all is right but then, surprise! nothing works... The programmer is ok because i have proved it with a pic18 but not with an internal oscilator. I think the problem could be the configuration bits or some configuration of the memory ID that I have don´t correctly. Does any one now anything about that? It is quite urgent...

have you setting
movlw b'01101110' ; config intrc a 4MHz
movwf OSCCON ;

for internal rc oscillator ?
