First try searchin' in your country, after try in the countries near the your.
Select the countries with many job opportunities.

Most companies asks for employees with 30+ years experince and a age under 25; if you get my point.
Just apply for the jobs anyway.
If you only apply for the jobs where you have all the qualifications from the add, you will never find a job worth taking.
They often hire people that doesn't fullfill all their requirements from the add. They print a "wishlist" of their perfect employee. The employee they end up hireing maybe only fullfill 50% of the qualifications printed in the add.
